Pricing Guidelines: Price based on 5'x8' bathroom with tub, in which ceramic  tile extends to the height of the shower head in the tub area to a height of four feet in the rest of the bathroom (based on an approximate work area of 140 sq.ft.) Marble or other non-ceramic tiling, add $50.

- Saw out and scrape existing grout between all tiles
- Scrub grout lines with nylon pad
- Apply new unsanded latex fortified wall grout
- Buff tiles with towel
  - includes Full Service Caulking*

B. Grouting Options
  • Mildew resistant additive...$25.00

Price Guidelines: Price based on bathroom with tub or shower stall (enclosed by curtain only).






Bathroom Sealing Services
 
Price Guidelines: Price based on 5'x8' bathroom with tub or shower stall. Note: any discoloration in grout lines at time of sealing will remain. New grout must cure at least 72 hours prior to application of sealer.

A. Full Service Sealing ...$175.00
- Apply 2 coats of acrylic sealer to grout lines
- Buff tiles clean
- Additional coats (per coat) $50
 
B. Sealing Options
  • Scrub grout line with nylon pad prior to application of sealer.
